No rebuild needed
Anything on your website: new posts, products, prices, design changes, new pages. The app loads the live site.
Rebuild needed
- App name, icon, colours or splash.
- Package name (only before first Play upload).
- Native features: push, AdMob, offline mode, orientation, link rules.
- Android platform updates we ship (we email you when a rebuild is recommended for Play compliance).
How to rebuild
My Apps → Rebuild. Change what you need, build, and upload the new AAB to Play as a new release. The version code is bumped automatically; set a version name users will recognise.
