Troubleshooting installs and builds
The errors people hit most and what fixes them.

“App not installed”
- An older version with a different signature is installed. Uninstall it first.
- Not enough storage, or the APK download was interrupted. Download again.
Blank or white screen
- The site blocks the WebView user agent. Allow user agents containing
wv. - Mixed content: an HTTP resource on an HTTPS page. Fix on the website.
- The site is password-protected or in maintenance mode.
Build failed
- The URL did not respond within 20 seconds, or redirected to a different domain. Use the final domain.
- The icon could not be decoded. Upload a plain PNG.
- Package name invalid. Follow the rules in Package name and versioning.
Play rejected the bundle
- Version code must be higher than the last upload: rebuild.
- Wrong signing key: use the keystore from the same ApkZio app.
