App icon guidelines
Sizes, safe zones and formats for icons that look sharp on every launcher.

Upload one 512×512 PNG and ApkZio generates every adaptive-icon density, the splash logo and the Play listing icon.
Design rules
- Keep the important shape inside the central 66% (the “safe zone”). Launchers mask icons into circles, squircles and rounded squares.
- Use a solid or gradient background; transparent backgrounds become white on some launchers.
- Avoid thin lines and small text; the icon is often shown at 48 dp.
Formats
- PNG, 512×512 or larger, square. SVG is accepted and rasterised.
- Maximum file size 2 MB.
Splash screen
Android 12+ shows a system splash with your icon centred on the splash colour you choose in the builder. Older versions use the same layout drawn by the app.
