Terms of Service
Last updated October 1, 2026
This page is a starting template provided with the ApkZio site. Review it with a qualified adviser and adapt it to how you actually operate before launch.
The service
ApkZio converts websites and HTML packages you control into Android application files. You are responsible for the content of your website and for having the rights to package it as an app.
Acceptable use
You may not use ApkZio to package content that infringes others’ rights, that is illegal in the jurisdictions you distribute to, or that violates Google Play policies. We may refuse or delete builds that breach this section and may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including automated abuse of the free tier.
Ownership
You own your website, your branding and the apps we generate for you, including the signing keystore. We own the ApkZio software, shell code and brand. The Free plan includes an ApkZio badge on the splash screen, which paid plans remove.
Google Play
Publishing on Google Play is between you and Google. We provide artefacts that meet Play’s technical requirements at the time of the build and guidance in our docs, but listing approval depends on your content and policies.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep copies of your keystore and artefacts; we are not liable for loss of files after the retention period.
Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance in the currency shown at checkout. See the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PouchCare Digital Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
