Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you build an app we store the website URL, app name, package name, icon, colours and feature settings you provide, the build artefacts we generate for you (APK, AAB and keystore), and technical logs about the build. If you create an account we store your email address and hashed password. If you contact us we keep the message.

How we use it

To build, store and deliver your apps; to email you when a build is ready or fails; to answer support requests; to prevent abuse (rate limiting by IP address); and to improve the service using aggregate statistics.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not place trackers in the apps we build for you; an app only communicates with your website and the services you switch on (for example OneSignal or AdMob), whose own policies apply.

Retention and deletion

Build artefacts are kept for the period shown in My Apps and can be deleted there at any time. Deleting an app removes its files. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data by emailing support@apkzio.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as dark mode. Analytics, if enabled, is configured to anonymise IP addresses.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. Contact support@apkzio.com.
