Refund Policy

Free plan

Building, downloading and installing apps on the Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Try the product fully before paying.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. If a paid feature (push, AdMob, offline mode or badge removal) does not work for your app and we cannot fix it within seven days of your report, we refund the current month in full.

Yearly plans

Request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment for any reason. After 14 days, we refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis if you cancel because of a documented defect we cannot fix.

How to request

Email support@apkzio.com from the address on the account with the app name and the reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
